Working closely with the General Manager and Head Office Finance team, the Controller will be responsible for managing the Collision Centers accounting function, including:

• Managing and developing the Accounting team
• Review and oversee day to day accounting functions including AP, AR, Balance Sheet, and Income Statements
• Establishing practices and procedures
• Preparation of financial statements
• Provide reports to corporate management

Requirements:

• University degree or certificate in business/commerce/accounting or a related field
• 5+ years experience in an accounting role, preferably in an automotive dealership setting
• Technically inclined, with advanced knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Experience with HRIS is considered an asset but not required
• Experience managing/supervising a team
• Collision experience is considered an asset
