Patient Support Program Summer Associate


Reporting to the Director Patient Support Programs (PSP), the Patient Support Program Summer Associate will be responsible for supporting the PSP team in an assessment of all patient support program materials against standard operational procedure requirements.


Duration:
May August 2023


What you will do:


  • Work with the PSP team, crossfunctional partners, and other key internal stakeholders to ensure all patient support program materials are within the parameters of the Standard Operational Procedures (SOP)
  • Support the PSP team in updating and executing the SOP checklist
  • Identify any gaps or deficiencies within the program checklists relative to the SOP
  • Prepare a final report summarizing findings

Who you are:


  • Undergraduate student who has completed Year 3 of program study Students focused in science, engineering or business preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders
  • Team player with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Project management experience planning and organizational ability
  • Skills: Familiarity with the MS Office suite is essential (intermediate Excel skills and PowerPoint an asset)
