    Reporting to the Alberta Content Lead, you will lead a team to cultivate audience relationships through broadcast, online and social engagement.

    Lead an existing team of content professionals as they hone their skills and continually seek to serve the community.

    Guide audience-facing activity, content, and promotions.
    Champion relationships with community stakeholders and partners.

    Work in unison with provincial Content Leads, Sales colleagues, and other Program Directors to increase engagement, share relevant content, and expand our reach across all platforms.

    You are a professional with proven success in media (broadcast, online, social, video).
    You are passionate about building and retaining audience and understand the value of each relationship.

    You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and are familiar with or have the capacity to learn about the Canadian Press Guide, Canadian Broadcast Standards Council.

    You are a relentless influencer and eager to engage with the community in High River and Okotoks.
