Responsibilities:

Take food and drink orders from customers.
Learn how to provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
Mix and create cocktails
Handle cash and credit card payments.
Handle difficult customer situations such as complaints, misbehavior, and intoxication.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining room, and seating areas.

REQUIRED & experience

2 years experience as a server/bartender (1 year bartending & 1 year serving)
Serving it Right Certification
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, to prioritize tasks, and to manage time efficiently.
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to multitask in order to manage and seat guests in a timely manner.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Strong communicator, welcoming personality and professional attitude.
Ability to stand for long periods of time

Must have a valid proof of Social Insurance Number, and be legal to work in Canada.
Hours and shifts may vary. Position includes daytime, evening & weekend shifts. Open/flexible availability is preferred.
