- Own the customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall client support experience
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
- Establish and maintain key performance metrics to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and operations, to address client needs and issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile or escalated client accounts
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement
