    Description

    We're looking for a full time Relationship Manager to own the customer experience. As a startup, this roles has a broad span and ranges from onboarding to customer support tickets. At Senpilot, we aim to deliver so much value to our customers that they can't believe their experience.

    • Own the customer experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall client support experience
    • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
    • Establish and maintain key performance metrics to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and operations, to address client needs and issues
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile or escalated client accounts
    • Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement
    • We are a remote WFH company
