We are currently looking for a Structural Steel Project Manager to join our extremely busy team at Sonic Steel Inc.

We are independent structural steel company with over 35 years in industry experience. We are a company of integrity with the ability to adapt. Team members include experts in the field, genuinely kind people, and strong personalities with a collaborative and innovative spirit. Projects range from 50k to multi-million dollar contracts.

You will:
Oversee all elements of the project up to and including:

Detailing
Material purchasing
Fabrication
Coatings
Deliveries
Cranes
Safety
Man lifts.
Onsite installation

Supervise project change orders:

Management
Pricing
Execution
Acceptance and collection
Ensuring all parties are informed of the impacts.
Scheduling
Maintaining budget
Identify and develop new opportunities with existing clients

Skills you have:

Able to assess and mitigate risks.
Manage complex schedules and meet and maintain reasonable deadlines (Time management)
High aptitude for problemsolving
Experience in AutoCAD/Tekla/Sketchup
Proficient with Microsoft Office

- (PMP) Project Management Certification an asset, but not required.
