    Job SummaryThe Faculty of Social Sciences comprises nine departments, schools and institute, which offer undergraduate, Master's and doctoral programs in both English and French. With its 10,000 students, 260 full-time professors, and a wide array of programs and research centres, the Faculty of Social Sciences plays a key role at the heart of the University of Ottawa. Its graduate students are trained by excellent researchers and undertake cutting-edge research in the Faculty's Master's and Ph.
    D. programs.
    The School of Psychology is accepting applications for one (1) replacement position.

    We are looking for candidates with expertise in the following areas:1. Introduction to Psychology2. Social Psychology3. Clinical Psychology
    Duties1. Teaching at the undergraduate level2. Participating in academic and administrative activities3. Other activities as specified in the collective agreement
    QualificationsHold a Ph.
    D. in Psychology or relevant field. Candidates who are close to completing a Ph.
    D. could be considered.

    Demonstrate excellence or the potential for excellence in teaching and research.
    BilingualismThe University of Ottawa is a bilingual institution, and all professors in the Faculty of Social Sciences must be actively bilingual (French and English).

    The language of work at the School of Psychology is both French and English.
    SalarySalary scale for Replacement professors (for a full-time teaching workload).
