RESPONSIBILITIES
COACHING, DEVELOPMENT, INSPIRATION
- Develop people through our core values
- Hold the team accountable for results and have crucial conversations when needed
- Develop a strategy to build a strong pipeline of leaders
- Develop strategies and instore initiatives to meet business objectives
- Manage team performance with ongoing coaching
- Provide timely feedback on sales plans and key performance indicators
- Manage the store schedule in a way that supports business trends (labor management)
- Know and understand the corporate story/vision and be able to inspire the team
