is looking for someone who will be responsible for the maintenance of the National Document Management system, Quality Assurance for the Vaughan branch and the Lynden Learning Management System.


POSITION LOCATION/DEPARTMENT:
Warehouse / Office


REPORTS TO:
Quality Assurance Manager


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Document Management

  • Monitor effective dates of National SOPs, Forms and Vaughan branch documents and inform Quality Assurance Manager and Director RA/QA when renewal dates are approaching
  • Keep records of changes required for National SOPs, Forms and Vaughan branch documents
  • Update National SOPs, Forms and Vaughan Branch Documents based on input from Lynden team members
  • Provide guidance to QA Coordinators from other branches regarding Branch Document maintenance
Quality Assurancefor Vaughan branch

  • Issue and Close Deviation Reports and Change Controls
  • Process short dated inventory physical moves / adjustments
  • Coordinate disposition of product as per client requests and Lynden's Destruction agreement
  • Supervise and approve packaging / labeling operations conducted at the branch (Drugs and NHPs)
Lynden Learning Management System

  • Development and implementation of training modules on the LLMS (nationally)
Other

  • Provide support for other QA coordinators' duties and perform activities as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager or senior management when required.
  • Provide feedback and assistance to customer/client questions and concerns when required.

SKILLS/TRAINING REQUIRED:

  • Strong knowledge of current regulatory requirements
  • Superior familiarity with warehouse and office operations
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to make decisions and recommendations
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal and team skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:


Minimum education required:

B.Sc. degree or equivalent


Minimum experience required:

2 years warehouse operations experience
Plus 6 months on-the-job training OR equivalent combination of experience and education.


DESCRIPTION OF WORKING CONDITIONS:

Works under office and warehouse conditions. Some overtime as required.
