Description

The New Frontiers School Board requires the services of an
Elementary School Principal effective July 1, 2024; the vacancy is at
Harmony Elementary School.

Duties:

As a pedagogical and administrative leader, the principal is responsible for all aspects of school operations as defined in the Education Act and in accordance with the School Board's policies, practices, and educational philosophy.

Qualifications Required:

Specific Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in education or an undergraduate degree in a relevant field of study certifying a minimum threeyear university program or hold a senior executive or senior staff position in a school board for which an undergraduate degree is required under the minimum qualifications or hold a position of school viceprincipal;
Eight years of relevant experience;
A permanent teaching license issued by the Minister;
Bilingualism (English/French).

Working Conditions:

Class 7 Remuneration and working conditions are in accordance with the _Regulation Respecting Certain Conditions of Employment of Senior Staff of School Boards _and the _New Frontiers Local Administrators' Policy._
