You manage best-in-class execution of brand designs.

As part of a small global team of packaging design experts, you are the guardian of the Mondelēz design-to-print process, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external design agencies, artwork suppliers and printers to ensure we deliver excellence in packaging design with consistently impressive on-shelf looks.


How you will contribute
You will be responsible for managing and tracking the marketing budget and market purchasing. You will also oversee compliance management and design-to-print operations.

What you need to know about this position:

As part of the Marketing Centre of Expertise, you use the global training curriculum to design marketing learning experiences and host special learning events to increase capabilities in the marketing organization.


You will deploy an integrated, multi-year marketing capability strategy that is future-focused and differentiating and deploy a marketing capabilities framework that drives growth and brings a competitive advantage.

In partnership with digital leads, you will implement the digital capability agenda.

In addition, you will partner with marketing transformation and excellence regional leads to leverage and scale platforms and initiatives on simplification and serve as a champion for the standardization and use of Mondelēz International's marketing playbook.

Education / Certifications:


  • University degree with focus on Business/Marketing is an asset, but not a requirement

Job specific requirements:


  • Minimum of 23 years work experience in a marketing, strategy or training / capabilities role
  • Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity & fast paced environment
  • Ability to build and deliver against strict timelines
  • Ability to work with a cross functional team and inspire agency partners

  • Hybrid, fulltime
