Description of role

We are guiding children from ages 8 to 14 make creative craft through exploring nature with built-in, scalable knowledge and skill sets.

As an instructor, you will need to have the skills and a passion for safely teaching and guiding youth in outdoor adventures.

And also, very creative in craft making.

We are looking for a healthy, fit, passionate, and dedicated individual who is experienced in outdoor activities and indoor craft making.

Who is also experienced with team building and leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Colead outdoor learning experiences for children and youth alongside other instructors, volunteers and staff,
• Awareness & knowledge of program risk

- management and assessment,

• Experience in group management, facilitation and teambuilding dynamics,
• A strong proficiency in art and craft, demonstrating creativity and a keen understanding of various artistic techniques to contribute to our projects and initiatives,
• Clear leadership, communication, instruction, positive energy and strong interpersonal skills,
• Able to further develop each participant's skills and knowledge in areas in which you are proficient (ropes course, outdoor survival skills, art, music, rockclimbing, ecology, map, compass, natural science, culture learning, language etc.)
• Curious to learn and grow, enjoy being active, and am always updated with new regulations and trend knowledge.
• Codesign outdoor experiential education combine with art and craft curriculum

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
