As an Associate Consultant - Ecommerce Solutions you will be responsible for tracking, scheduling, coordination, documentation, and requirements of eCommerce integrated account project assignments.

You will lead a cross functional team of both internal and external resources to complete integration projects with defined scope and timeline.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintains complete ownership of each implementation from start to finish, keeping lines of communication open between the various business units involved, including EDI, eCommerce Management, the EECOL Global Accounts sales team, the sales force at the branch level, and the customer.
  • Coordinates set up and maintenance of punchout accounts between the eCommerce helpdesk, Liaison, and any relevant 3rd party procurement systems, e.g. Ariba, Jeagger, Coupa, etc...
  • Acts as a SME to assist the field sales team in implementation of punchout catalogs setup process and guides them through the steps to ensure solution is delivered expediently
  • Coordinates demonstration of marketsite functionality and training with EECOL's Training and Business Analysis team for EECOL sales force and external customers.
  • Works with the document integrations team to develop agreed upon timelines and scope
  • Helps the business team respond to customer RFPs by providing answers and expertise related to our eCommerce capabilities.
  • Companywide administration of Ariba and other thirdparty procurement marketsites
  • Assist EDI and eCommerce support teams as needed
  • Accurately document set up configurations for each punchout to assist with troubleshooting

Qualifications:


  • Associates degree required, bachelors degree preferred.
  • 1 year direct work experience in a project management capacity.
  • Interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep remote teams on task and adhere to agreed upon timelines.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze workflow/processes.
  • Adept at conducting research into projectrelated issues.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills.
