Job duties:

Vehicle inspection and assessment:
Inspect the vehicle to assess the degree of the damage and determine the cost and steps of necessary repairs

Parts removal:
Remove damaged components such as bumpers, fenders, doors and panels while avoiding causing further damage to adjacent parts

Body panel replacement:
Resize and align new panel while ensuring proper gaps. Weld or bond the panel to the vehicle.

Quality inspection:
Inspect the vehicle to check for proper fit, finish and functionality to ensure work meets quality standards

Documentation:
Maintain documents for all repair orders, including initial assessment, parts ordered/used, labour hours, visual documentation and final inspection
