Description

We are currently looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a 12-16-month contract position with the possibility of a permanent job offer once the contract is complete.

Entering work orders, invoicing, generating reports and more using Sage 50
Entering payroll in Sage 50
Data entry in multiple Excel spreadsheets
Performing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks
Performing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Performing reception duties while maintaining polite and professional communication
Maintaining internal filing systems

Required Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software
Sage 50 Preferred
Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Products:
Excel, Word, Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong multi tasking and attention to detail skills
Ability to prioritize for greatest impact in a fastpaced environment
Ability to adapt to change

Experience

2 years experience in an office environment
2 years experience with accounting software (Sage 50 Preferred)

Working Hours- Monday to Friday - From 8:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m
