Below you will find a brief description of the job duties:
Matching customer remittances to cash receipts
Processing and posting of customer payments
Approving the release of customer orders
Analyzing and reconciling of accounts
Collections
Perform other assigned accounting tasks
Qualifications
Diploma in accounting or studies in accounting
Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar position
Knowledge of Quickbooks is an asset
Bilingual - French and English
Highly Organized with exceptional multi-tasking skills and able to work in a fast paced environment. Detail oriented and able to work in a team environment.
