Job summary
Greet members and potential members responding to inquiries on basic credit union products and services providing administrative support to the various departments and or branch providing clerical support assistance to the department or branch staff processing all required reports documentation efficiently accurately ensuring deadlines are met coordinating resources supplies to ensure Access standards are met maintaining open communication cooperation with other staff to ensure a friendly efficient work environment actively look for referral opportunities seeking out new business referral opportunities that support the branch organization goals proactively work to retain expand existing member relationships pursuing new sources of business differentiating between credit union competitor products services in terms of member needs acting as an ambassador for the credit union being visible in the community through professional personal involvement in various community groups activities.
