• Oversee and manage a team of employees
• Set goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and address any concerns
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure smooth operations
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for increased efficiency
• Resolve conflicts or issues within the team

• Registered Early Childhood Educator, with Supervior experience and in Good Standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Proficient in using computer software and systems relevant to the role
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Carleton Place, ON K7C 4R2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
