They are now seeking a seasoned Senior Lease Administrator to elevate the accuracy and efficiency of their leasing operations while supporting a high-volume, dynamic commercial portfolio.

Your New Role


As the Senior Lease Administrator, you will serve as the central support to the Vice President of Leasing, taking ownership of commercial lease documentation across a busy and diverse portfolio.

You will be responsible for drafting, revising, and finalizing offers, leases, renewals, extensions, assignments, amendments, and ancillary agreements.

Your work will ensure every document is complete, accurate, and fully aligned with legal, financial, and operational requirements before it progresses through approval.


A critical part of your role involves retrieving and managing source documents across multiple server locations, maintaining clean version control, and ensuring proper alignment between server-based files and tenant folders within Yardi.

You will prepare historical lease summaries, assist with renewal preparation materials, and provide document support that enables the VP of Leasing to negotiate confidently and efficiently.

This position requires someone who can work independently, manage fluctuating priorities, and bring exceptional accuracy to every task.

You will collaborate closely with legal counsel, property management leadership, and senior decision-makers, contributing directly to the integrity of the leasing process and the portfolio's overall performance.

What Sets You Apart


You bring five to seven years of dedicated commercial lease administration experience and a proven ability to produce clean, final-ready documents with minimal oversight.

You are highly proficient in Microsoft Applications and confident working with complex formatting, cross-referencing, and structured lease schedules. You spot errors readily, understand commercial lease terminology, and take pride in delivering error-free work.

You are resourceful and comfortable navigating legacy or multi-location server environments. You approach document retrieval with a problem-solving mindset and work methodically to maintain organized, accurate files.

You communicate clearly, stay composed under shifting priorities, and bring a level of professional judgment that senior leadership can rely on.

Experience with Yardi is an asset, and your ability to work discreetly and confidentially sets you apart.
