Role Summary
The Software Developer is responsible for making high level software architecture and system design decisions and set medium to long-term strategy for the company. The Developer oversees the design team for agile development for delivery of production and technical improvements. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
They are responsible for Development in .net framework, c#, microservices, APIs, cloud platforms while providing experience in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, designing in compliance with specifications and delivery. This is an in-person position with the flexibility to work a couple of days remotely a week.

RESPONSIBILITY AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
The Developer will develop application from end to end, including microservice architecture. The Developer Helps guide product ideas by providing feasibility and creative technical solutions. This position is very dynamic, with respect to its focus, with the requirement to prioritize constantly. It is expected that this position "lead by example" with respect to motivating staff, and facilitating change. The Developer works in an office environment but may be exposed to some elements such as temperature and noise during time spent in the plant.
