Description

Reporting to the RPN, the PSW is responsible for providing care and services in a retirement community setting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deal courteously with staff, residents, resident families and visitors
Completes daily, weekly and monthly duties as per policy
Answers Emergency Response Systems when necessary
Provide care, if applicable, in accordance with NLG policies, physicians order and nursing standards
Reports all incidents/accidents involving residents, families, visitors or staff to the RPN/Wellness Coordinator
Assisting with move in's and move outs of residents as required
Available for Days, and Night shifts
