Meet Your Future Team:

  • Collaborating with the Supply Planning team to confirm supply availability to meet demand projections, and adjusting the forecast as needed in consideration of supply chain constraints, while minimizing or eliminating negative business impacts
  • Managing the order book fulfillment process proactively, ensuring order releases are accurate, timely, and delivered according to the customer requirements
  • Monitoring allocation, delays and risks related to order deliveries for your assigned SSOs and creating adhoc reports as required
  • Analyzing data and providing insight on allocation and supply gaps to demand
  • Identifying when technical issues may block shipment of your orders and following established processes for resolution and escalation as needed
  • Working with your SSOs, the Arc'teryx Delivery & Transportation team, and regional Distribution Centre teams to ensure deliveries are picked, packed, and shipped in an accurate and timely manner
  • Providing support and prompt responses to partners within our SSOs
  • Identifying issues and gaps in process and supporting the team to help find resolutions
  • Supporting the weekly replenishment process and store supply ordering process for your assigned doors
  • Seeking opportunities to continuously improve processes or better support sales and sellthrough
  • Acquiring a working knowledge of Arc'teryx products and technologies
  • Building strong working relationships with cross functional regional teams
  • Supporting the team with additional tasks as required to help achieve company objectives

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Working closely with other Supply Chain and Product teams on inventory strategies as well as monitoring and tracking various demand planning factors that impact product availability
  • Assisting in driving sales initiatives and programs
  • Helping to identify regional shortages and overages for the Open To Buy (OTB) process
  • Working with internal teams to improve the factory direct shipment process
  • Participating in merchandise planning improvement projects and initiatives as they arise

Are you our next Planning Coordinator - APAC?:

  • You have 1+ year's experience in an allocations, inventory management or planning coordinator role; or experience in a role of similar nature
  • You have highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • You are a selfstarter who takes initiative and ownership of your business
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You have strong organizational, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills
  • You demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • You have experience working with SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with unwavering commitment
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
