As part of the Continental team, you will primarily be delivering deck freight to large construction projects throughout Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan and NWT.

Requirements:


  • Owner Operator with Truck
  • Class 1 license with 2 years driving experience in flat decks
  • Super B deck experience considered an asset
  • Recent Commercial Driver's Abstract
  • A clean Criminal Record Check
  • Able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test

Responsibilities:


  • Operate vehicle in a safe manner following all company rules and regulations
  • Receive load information from dispatch, via Samsara satellite system
  • Ensure proper load securement
  • Tarping is 5% or less of all loads
  • Deliver loads to customers in a timely manner
  • Some customized work opportunities based on driver's preference
