We are looking for
experienced technicians for Burglar Alarm systems installation._

Job Summary:

Alarm and security systems installation including pre-wiring, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting, as well as service. Respond to customer technical inquiries, and provide basic customer training for proper system usage. Work areas are Vancouver, New West, Burnaby, Tri-Cities, and surrounding areas.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 years of experience installing and servicing alarm security systems.

Security Technician Certificate or equivalent certificate
is an asset

Strong technical orientation is required.
IT and Networking knowledge and Access control and CCTV system's previous experience
is an asset.
Willingness to participate in afterhours/oncall service.
Ability to work under pressure, and adapt to unexpected circumstances.
Demonstrates a good sense of leadership and the ability to work independently.
Ability to travel primarily within BC (valid driving license class 5 and vehicle is required)
Ability to operate boom/scissors lift and/or aerial platform machine would be considered
an asset.

Other Information:

Must be able to work any of the weekdays, some evening work required. Outdoor work might require in all seasons.
Employment Security Check is required
Must provide clear criminal record and driver's abstract in Canada.
Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a fulltime basis for anyone other than current employer.
Qualified Applicant will not require employersponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in Canada.
