    Job Title: Tire Technician - Passenger Light Vehicles


    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tire Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for installing, balancing, and repairing tires in a safe and efficient manner.


    The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with passenger light vehicles, as well as strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.


    Responsibilities:



    • Install, balance, and repair tires using industry-standard procedures and equipment

    • Interact with service advisors to obtain work orders and customer requirements

    • Maintain accurate documentation and records of service work

    • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and colleagues

    • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and organizing the service area

    • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets company quality standards


    Requirements:



    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • At least 2 years of experience working as a tire technician

    • Valid G license and clean driving record

    • TIA certification (or willingness to obtain)

    • Internal Associates - Intermediate PLT Skills Matrix achieved

    • Basic mechanical aptitude and previous exposure to passenger vehicles

    • Ability to lift 80-100lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
