About you:

The
Cafe Manager will focus on innovative hospitality and creating the cafe experience to support operational excellence.

This position reports into the General Manager and will leverage their strong hospitality and operational skills to oversee the daily administrative and operational tasks, including financial management and analysis, sanitation and safety.

The great things you'll do:

Hire, supervise, train, and coach associates.

Plan, market and execute special events/promotions in the cafe

Ensure compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards

Operate within the budget and identify new ways to improve the business

Manage cafe operations

Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree preferred

At least 1-3 years of relevant experience

Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations

Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment

Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet

ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred
