JOB SUMMARY

Are you obsessed with TikTok trends? Do you spend way too much time on Instagram, follow the most aspirational fashion influencers and are passionate about content creation? We are looking for a Content and Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team.

Reporting to the Brand Strategy Manager, this creative spirit will work closely with the Social Media and Influencer Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the brand is well represented on Social Media through engaging quality content and influencer advocacy.

We are looking for a creative, versatile and social media savvy team player that will always be the 1st to propose new TikTok trends we need to hop on.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is divided into 3 main pillars:

Content Creation

Support the brand's social media content creation strategy by doing ongoing research on trends and proposing new content ideas
Create content for FAO's social media platforms. This may include photo, video, and simple editing

Social Listening & PR

Support local and national PR efforts with online social listening
Proactively reach out to media and influencers with relevant brand content
Manage PR media gifting opportunities and special PR campaign projects
Monitor national Marketing days and other PR opportunities
Ability to support small PR events, like store openings or product launches

Influencer marketing

Support the Influencer Marketing strategy execution by proposing influencer partnerships that are brand aligned
Communicate with influencers and support the full campaign execution process, including negotiations, contracts, briefs, product, etc.
Develop organic and paid influencer relationships on behalf of the brand

Other tasks may include:

campaign post-mortems, budget tracking, media and influencer product orders, campaign content briefs, special project management, content shoot and/or event attendance to capture content, etc.

WHO YOU ARE

Genuinely a nice human being
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or any other related discipline
12 years of relevant experience in a similar position
Strong communication skills in both English and French oral and written
Passion and knowledge of social media landscape, digital communities and fashion trends
Knowledge of Upfluence and Iconosquare platforms, a bonus
Comfortable with a flexible schedule based on deliverables and/or content posting requirements
