Is this role right for you?

  • Coordinating conversations with internal teams and the vendor
  • Completing and helping complete documentation (e.g. design documents, workflow diagrams, support documents, etc.)
  • Working with ServiceNow to resolve ongoing issues and coordinating internally to ensure processes run smoothly
  • Participating in daily Jira tasks, and team meetings a.k.a. "standups"
  • Primarily a coordination role, where keeping in touch with different stakeholders is essential to answer questions and keep the project on track
  • Keeping organized and following selfmade schedule
  • Acting as a coordinating influence across the multiple technical teams that are often involved in GWE projects.
  • Acting as main point of contact with vendors who are drawn into the project for technical implementation (networking, security, SSO, etc.) and are playing an active role.
  • Taking ownership of the numerous operational readiness demands that expect inputs from the IT side of the project.
  • Acting as front person in creation of, and fulfilment of, necessary projectrelated tickets (Risk Acceptances, ESLM, LAM, AQA/monitoring)

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • 3+ years working in a coordination heavy role, where workflow expertise was demonstrated. Not necessarily senior experience.
  • Familiarity or experience working with infrastructure will be pivotal to working with internal teams
  • Experience with Markit EDM or another vendor would be nice to have
