Clinical Nurse Advisor, TB(Internal Only)
Salary:
$97,833 - $122,817 per year (pay range explained below)

8am-4pm Mon-Fri (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location:
Sinclair – Downtown Vancouver. Hybrid, (50% in office). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after Summer 2027

About The Role
As Clinical Nurse Advisor, TB, you will – provide clinical TB support to First Nations People Living on-reserve in BC and the Community Health Nurses that services those areas; establish and coordinate a number of TB nursing programs, including the Directly Observed Therapy TB program for active and latent TB; provide training and supervision of the Directly Observed Therapy programs for Directly Observed Therapy Workers; support in preparing and maintain nursing education plans; act as a resource person/educator for health care personnel in First Nations communities regarding the treatment, control and epidemiology of TB and provide assistance to individual Community Health Centres/Nursing Stations for screening and surveillance programs; i.e. performs skin test surveys; assist in developing nursing guidelines for the Program.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have
- Bachelor of Nursing with a community health component plus two (2) years of experience in community TB health programming and experience working with First Nations people, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNM)
