The Opportunity:
The Early Years Outreach Worker is responsible for providing developmentally appropriate programming for multiple communities.

The Outreach worker is also responsible for referring families to the appropriate services throughout the community, assisting the therapists and maintaining up-to-date information for families to access.

The main duties are as follows:

Conducts screening and assessments:

Make home visits to infants/pre school ages children to assess their development:

Provide drop-in programs for children, aged 0-5:

Discuss child development and positive parenting practices with clients

What You Will Bring to The Role:

A diploma and/or relevant experience in the field to Early Childhood Development:

Early Childhood Education certification is preferable.
