KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional development strategy to achieve organizational goals, including identifying new opportunities for outreach and expansion
OUTREACH & EVENTS
- Organize and facilitate events to engage the local community members and stakeholders
- Facilitate community networking, round tables, and workshops to ensure regional presence of Nisa Homes brand in collaboration with the Marketing department
- Maintain current knowledge of issues and resources related to abuse and violence to educate and create awareness about our service offerings
- Collaborate and communicate with other programs and external partners of the organization, and maintain a database of local resources and services
- Set and meet organizational KPIs for monthly events, collaboration and meetings with partners
- Facilitate and participate in community networking and committees
COMMUNITY & VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key community partners to initiate advocacy, education, referral, collaboration, and funding opportunities
- Recruit, train, engage and retain volunteers for events, seminars, fundraising or regional activities
- Manage the volunteer program, including orientation, training, and recognition.
- Set and meet organizational KPIs for monthly events, collaboration, and meetings with partners
FUNDRAISING & DONOR ENGAGEMENT
- Develop and nurture business relationships with external organizations (NGOs and governmental agencies) including PR and fundraising activities, explore grant giving/seeking and collaboration opportunities, execute referrals
- Arrange for meetings with donors and other funding stakeholders to engage and gain donor support
- Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies and campaigns to support Nisa Homes' mission.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

Valid driver's license and access to a car is required:
Availability on evenings and weekends is required:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in community outreach, fundraising, donor engagement, government relations, and volunteer management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative on projects and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to network and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government officials.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Resource management skills, with an ability to plan and execute events and initiatives within budget.
- Problemsolving skills, with an ability to think strategically and identify creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Research skills, with an ability to stay current on issues and resources related to abuse and violence in the region.
- Passion for the cause and a commitment to positively impacting the community.
