What you will do:

  • Monitor, analyze, and complete carriers' and shipper positions and taking appropriate action to ensure operational impacts are noted and requirements are being met.
  • Represent Carriers Inventory to both internal and external clients as a knowledgeable resource for the purpose of managing processes and the compilation of reports to ensure accurate recording of commodities, e.g., monthly tankage inventory, monthly unassigned file, shipper discrepancy positions, and Carrier Inventory.
  • Lead and support a complex shipper portfolio, e.g. Shipper Status Request for all managed assets, Shipper contact portfolio to aid in the management of Carrier Inventory.
  • Develop and complete the monthly purchase/sale plan for all managed assets, e.g., North Dakota, Spearhead Pipeline, Flanagan South Pipeline, Cushing Merchant Terminal, West Patoka Storage and the Express/Platte Pipeline.
  • Maintain current state of Revaluation on all assets including providing monthly summary/explanations on current/forecasted tolerances e.g. Forecasting file.
  • Support Carrier Inventory team members through the review/signoff of monthly responsibilities, such as monthly tankage inventory, Shipper Balance correction settlements, Degradation statement, Carrier Inventory Report, Allowance Oil, & Automatic Balance pricing.

Who you are:

  • Related University degree or diploma, e.g., business/accounting. 10 or more years of directly related experience or equivalent.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skill level preferred.
