Sales Associate to join our team. As a
Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services
• Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or pointofsale systems
• Promote sales by offering additional products or services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships
• Experience in technical sales is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
• Previous cashiering experience is preferred
• Knowledge of technology products for effective technology sales
• Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist customers who speak different languages
• Proven track record in sales is highly desirable
