Description
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when applicable
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and industry trends
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Positive attitude, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers
Salary:
$43,800.00-$49,800.00 per year
