Description
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
  • Upsell additional products or services to customers when applicable
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and industry trends
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers

Salary:
$43,800.00-$49,800.00 per year
