Understanding of climate risk needed:

Carry out banking and agriculture research and make recommendations to senior management about climate considerations in FCC risk management practices.

You'll build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and help guide analytics professionals on risk quantification, modelling and scenario analysis.

An understanding of the agriculture and financial services industry and knowledge of the recommendations from the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures are assets.

What you'll do:

Develop leadingedge practices
Manage strategic and emerging risks
Effectively challenge plans and processes
Research important risks and provide insight to senior leaders and Board of Directors
Organize related committees, including the Board's risk committee
