As the Supply Chain Planner, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of products from our manufacturing and reload facilities to our key global customers.

You will work effectively with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Marketing, Planning, Finance and Operations, as well as external vendors and partners.

Having a positive impact on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) will be crucial to your role.

The life of the Supply Chain Planner includes:

  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of products from our manufacturing and reload facilities to our key global customers
  • Ensuring inventories are kept at target, facilitating the required actions with Sales, Planning, Product Supply and Transportation personnel as required
  • Generating and maintaining the appropriate monthly, weekly, and daily order files, accounting for key supply, demand, production, and transportation factors
  • Reconciling vendor statements to ensure accounts are upto date

For this role, come equipped with:

  • Post-secondary Business Degree (preferably focused on Wood Science or Supply Chain).
  • Strong computer skills and a solid background working with modern office software and reporting tools
  • Forward thinking and innovation, with an ability to research, analyze and evaluate components of supply chain processes.
Ideally, you have previous experience in the lumber or pulp industry, manufacturing or supply chain management. You also have one-two years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics. For bonus points, you have a passion for excellence and an interest in developing business skills in a dynamic team environment
