Are you looking to leverage your curiosity and analytical skills as the next step in your career? STEMCELL Technologies, Canada's largest biotech company, is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our People Analytics & HR Projects team.

In this role, you will identify and document detailed requirements, as well as current state and future state business processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business groups to identify, document and communicate business/technical requirements and user stories
  • Identifies and documents detailed business/technical requirements and user stories
  • Facilitate testing for enhanced user experience.
  • Seek feedback for improvements to existing business solutions

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 26 years of relevant experience or Master's with less than 4 years of experience
  • Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification (or similar process improvement certification) and experience with process documentation and standardization
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with common business analysis tools and techniques
  • Able to build formal or informal work breakdown structures and project schedules
  • Experience in organizational skills, able to prioritize and meet established deadlines
