- Work directly with the Lift Operations, Custodian, and Grounds Crew teams.
- Coordinate between Lift Operations and other departments on the mountain.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in the department.
- Respect and adherence to RMR's company policies & protocols, as well as industry, provincial and federal standards.
- Control the flow of passengers riding the gondola & coaster.
- General safe operation of the gondola and mountain coaster.
- Set up and take down equipment such as poles, ropes, tents and signs.
- Transport carts from the gondola to the coaster and back. (This task requires repetitive heavy lifting and requires staff to join in a daily stretching routine planned out by professional physiotherapists.)
- Must have a passion for the outdoors and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to do strong physical labor (transporting mountain coaster carts.)
- Must be able to work flexible shifts (we operate on weekends and holidays.)
- Mature, enthusiastic, and guest service oriented.
- First aid skills an asset.
- Ability to multi-task and communicate clearly over a radio.
- Willingness to assist other departments when required.
- Must be at least 17 years of age.
