Description

Precision Restorations DKI is seeking an organized individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our team as Human Resources Administrator at our Delta, BC office.


Position Overview:

The Human Resources Administrator will report to the Human Resources Coordinator, providing assistance with a variety of functions.


Responsibilities:


  • Assists the Human Resources Coordinator with orientation and onboarding of new employees
  • Assists the Human Resources Coordinator with accurate and timely preparation of payroll data and administration of employee benefits
  • Maintains and updates confidential employee records and information
  • Prepares job descriptions for posting to recruitment websites and social media platforms as required
  • Maintains and updates office directory and org chart to reflect current employees and roles
  • Maintains a listing of laptops assigned to employees
  • Monitors the usage of gas cards assigned to employees
  • Manages the inventory of office supplies
  • Orders employee business cards as needed
  • Performs other administrative and HR duties as required

Experience:


  • 12 years of experience working in a similar role
  • Certification(s) in human resources management is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational abilities and careful attention to detail
  • Experience in social media marketing is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook); training on Easypay Payroll software will be provided

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$38,448.72-$53,689.06 per year
