The Opportunity


We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and take charge of managing the messaging and positioning across our key suite of tools.

You will play a critical role in defining and executing product marketing strategies, ensuring the successful launch and promotion of our core products, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.


You'll also partner with Product Management, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to understand the needs of our customers and craft our product narrative, in order to develop and execute bringing multiple core products to market.

Your Impact

Product Messaging and Positioning:Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our suite of tools and their unique value propositions. Craft compelling and differentiated messaging to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to target audiences.

Product Launches:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to plan and execute successful product launches. Drive go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Sales Collateral Development:Create persuasive sales collateral, such as presentations, sales sheets, and battle cards, to support the sales team in their efforts to win new customers and drive revenue growth.

Website Copy:Drive the development and optimization of website copy for our tools, ensuring consistency with messaging and brand guidelines. Continuously update and improve product-related content to enhance user engagement and conversions.

Social Proof:Gather and showcase compelling customer success stories through case studies and testimonials. Use these stories to build credibility and demonstrate the real-world impact of our products.

Product Bundling Strategy:Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product bundles. Develop strategies to package and promote our products effectively, driving upsells and cross-sells.

Focused Campaigns:Lead the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to promote specific products or address niche markets. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance and measure results.


Your Qualifications

Proven experience:4+ years of product marketing experience in successfully launching and promoting multiple products in eCommerce and/or fast-paced scale-up environment.

Prioritization & Project Management:You're adept at juggling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and managing your time effectively. You don't need guidance on structuring your day and you can effectively assess and shuffle priorities on the fly.

Communication:You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail, to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. You are a champion at creating clear briefs for stakeholders and executors.

Customer-Centric Mindset:You can empathize with customers, conduct customer research, and use insights to tailor messaging and positioning that resonates with the target audience.

Analytical Mindset:You possess strong analytical skills, showcasing your ability to interpret data to derive meaningful insights and drive data-driven decisions that optimize marketing strategies and product performance.

Problem-Solving Skills:You're skilled at identifying potential obstacles and finding effective solutions quickly. You understand the most powerful thing you can do to drive solutions is to deeply understand the problem.
