Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a critical role in establishing Yotpo's presence in our newest market: Toronto
As a member of our globally distributed People team, in addition to your focus on hiring, you'll also have an opportunity to work on a variety of HR initiatives to ensure our Yotpo Toronto office is an incredible place to work You'll work on enhancing our processes, employer branding, people engagement, new hire onboarding, DEIB, and more.
How you'll make an impact:
- Own full lifecycle talent acquisition: actively source, recruit and hire across a range of internal departments including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance.
- Implement structured, competencybased interview plans with a focus on removing bias from the process.
- Be data driven and routinely measure tool usage and ROI of sourcing platforms, vendors and productivity tools.
- Partner with HR + TA to create wonderful onboarding experiences for Toronto new hires
- Work collaboratively with global People team members to ensure cohesive employee experience programming
About you:
- 5+ years of fullcycle recruiting experience; 2+ years of internal recruiting
- Experience hiring gotomarket teams (Marketing, Sales, CS, Partnerships, etc).
- Experience using recruiting tools and resources such as: ATS (we use Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Demonstrated success running DEIBfocused recruitment processes, training, partnerships and programming.
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to work at a high pace, with competing, and changing priorities.
- Proven ability to coach and influence key stakeholders.
- Effective interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in PX, Wellbeing, HRBP or similar roles.
- Experience fast growing tech startup / B2B SaaS / ecommerce.
- Experience launching a new market.
