The Business Analyst will be joining our team for a project involving the transition from a reporting system to a BI Platform.

Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with users evaluate a few thousand DAS Reports to determine which reports will still be relevant in the new technology context.
• Actively seek feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve reporting systems and address evolving needs.
• Evaluate the immediate and longterm impact of the reporting system transition on business operations.
• Collaborate closely with power users who extract data from ERP systems to understand their unique needs and preferences.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Make informed decisions about retaining, converting, or reimagining each report, considering user experience and efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Implement tools and processes to streamline report conversion and user adoption of the new reporting solutions.

Qualifications:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• You have 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software (preferably JD Edwards).
• You possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• You are familiar with Agile project management methodologies.

Location:
Our employees work from our office located Downtown Toronto (Bay Street and Harbour Street) 4 days per week.


Work Conditions:
General weekday business hours, with some overtime as required.
