SUMMARY OF TASKS
A _Production Operator _is responsible for the operation and sanitation of highly technical equipment including but not limited to processing and packaging equipment as well as on floor quality control.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operation of Tetra Pak processing equipment and/or downline case packing equipment
- Follow HACCP and Food Safety requirements
- Perform basic daily maintenance
- Sanitation of area and equipment including CIP and chemical handling
- Quality Control Documentation
- Data entry and paperwork
- Performs miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned
- Strong level of commitment and dedication
- Ability to work well individually or in a team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Food Processing Experience required
- Pasteurizer and/or UHT Experience considered an asset
- Tetra Pak Experience considered an asset
- Forklift Operation considered an asset
- Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a high paced/ demanding environment
- Ability to trouble shoot and/or problems solve
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work overtime
- Job Specific Training to be provided
Job Types:

From $25.00 per hour
