    Role overview


    The scrum master leads all aspects of the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of ServiceNow projects and ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Additionally, they are responsible for leading and delivering IT and business solutions using Safe Agile framework best practices.

    What you'll do

    • Supervise and facilitate Scrum process and meetings
    • Coordinate project staff and schedules
    • Track project deliverables and conduct capacity planning
    • Guide and empower team to increase efficiency
    • Handle scope, timeline, and quality to meet business goals
    • Build open team environment and remove impediments
    • Assess and coach team maturity
    • Report on team progress and communicate effectively with collaborators
    • Collaborate with product owner and business partners
    • Assist in backlog refinement and project estimation
    • Complete backlog grooming and PI planning readiness L

    What you bring to the role

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business (or equivalent work experience)
    • ServiceNow product knowledge in CMDB/APM and SAM/HAM is required
    • IT project management qualification or equivalent - Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I, SAFe 4.0 Scrum Master preferred)
    • 3+ years leading projects, preferably using agile methodology and proficiency with agile tools, especially Rally
    • Strong servant leadership and organizational skills
    • Skills in business supporting applications: Excel, Word, Power-Point, Visio
    • Knowledge of SDLC and software development processes
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
