Responsibilities:


  • Develop, maintain, and update the project schedule using Oracle Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project
  • Populate schedules with resource and cost information
  • Prepare progress reports and dashboards to provide project status updates
  • Ensure cost/schedule integration and monitor and report on earned value management
  • Analyze schedule variance and monitor schedule KPIs.
  • Identify and track critical path activities
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify potential schedule impacts, propose recovery options, and implement mitigation measures
  • Provide schedule support to the project team during construction
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that their schedules are integrated into the overall project schedule
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of project schedules and changes
  • Perform forensic schedule analysis to support claims
  • Assist with other scheduling needs of other projects as needed

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum five (5)+ years of relevant experience
  • PMI Certification, or equivalent education or certification demonstrating proficiency in project scheduling
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6, MS Excel and MS Project
  • Excellent knowledge of Earned Value principles
  • Experience related to rail, roads, bridges, or other infrastructure projects is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with "Schedule Delay Analysis, Standard ANSI/ASCE/CI 6717" and "AACE International Recommended Practice 29R03 Forensic Schedule Analysis"
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Open to project assignment
