Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and update the project schedule using Oracle Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project
Populate schedules with resource and cost information
Prepare progress reports and dashboards to provide project status updates
Ensure cost/schedule integration and monitor and report on earned value management
Analyze schedule variance and monitor schedule KPIs.
Identify and track critical path activities
Collaborate with project team members to identify potential schedule impacts, propose recovery options, and implement mitigation measures
Provide schedule support to the project team during construction
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that their schedules are integrated into the overall project schedule
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of project schedules and changes
Perform forensic schedule analysis to support claims
Assist with other scheduling needs of other projects as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum five (5)+ years of relevant experience
PMI Certification, or equivalent education or certification demonstrating proficiency in project scheduling
Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6, MS Excel and MS Project
Excellent knowledge of Earned Value principles
Experience related to rail, roads, bridges, or other infrastructure projects is considered an asset
Familiarity with "Schedule Delay Analysis, Standard ANSI/ASCE/CI 6717" and "AACE International Recommended Practice 29R03 Forensic Schedule Analysis"
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Open to project assignment
