    The Sales Manager is the intermediary between the sales force and sales management. He/she sets the sales objectives with sales management, puts in place the means to achieve them and has them applied by his/her team. The objective of the Sales Manager is to optimize the sales of PixMob.

    The Sales Manager supervises the members of the team. He/she trains them, coaches them and accompanies them to help them achieve their goals. His/her interpersonal skills allow him/her to establish a lasting bond with his/her partners and clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify territories/industries with the highest short-term and long-term potential
  • Develop a worldwide business development strategy for PixMob
  • Produce sales forecasts per territory and/or industry
  • Assess each team member's strengths and assign territories/industries in such a way to foster overall team success
  • Provide ongoing coaching to team members to help them reach their objectives
  • Monitor sales regularly and adjust strategy as needed, based on the state of markets in target countries
  • Work hand in hand with the product development team to provide all available info on clients' needs and hence help functionalities improvement
  • Work closely with the Director, People & Culture to implement best practices in HR in your department
  • Mobilize and create the engagement of the sales team by putting forward innovative practices that reflect PixMob's culture.

  • The team management responsibilities:

  • Guide and support your team in achieving the objectives of your department as well as the objectives of PixMob.
  • Foster collaboration to support innovation, commitment and our entrepreneurial culture.
  • Give regular feedback to your team members to ensure authentic management that allows people to develop.
  • Act as a coach with your team members to ensure their development and commitment in a context of rapid and significant growth.
  • Ensure regular communication with your team to foster information sharing.
  • Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in business or any other relevant domain of studies
  • Have 10+ years of experience in sales, at least 4 of which in a managerial role
  • Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
  • Demonstrate a track record of closing deals that meet clients' needs and are profitable
  • Show interest for technologies
  • Demonstrate solid analytical skills
  • Demonstrate competencies in problem solving
  • Demonstrate a creative approach to solve challenges
  • Easily establish collaborative, respectful and transparent relationships with others
  • Excellent collaboration skills and facility for team work
  • If you know Google Drive and Mac OS, a plus
