We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at RX Consultancy Inc., a leading pharmacy brokerage firm.

Your primary role will be to engage with pharmacy owners, exploring their interest in selling their businesses.

You will play a crucial role in identifying potential sellers, effectively communicating our value proposition, and securing commitments for meetings with our senior brokerage team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Present our brokerage services compellingly, emphasizing how we can facilitate successful acquisions.
• Schedule appointments for potential sellers to meet with our senior brokerage team.
• Stay informed about market trends and developments in the pharmacy sector.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmacy sector or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
• Basic understanding of the pharmacy industry and business transactions is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

• The posotion is purely commisonbased, without a base salary.
• Sales Representatives will receive a 1% commission on each deal that results from a lead they generated and successfully concludes in a sale.
• The average pharmacy sale can lead to anywhere between $5,000 $20,000 CAD in commission, making this an extremely rewarding opportunity for the right individual.
