    Description

    Sous le mandat du vice-président de l'expérience client et du gestionnaire du service à la clientèle, et en collaboration avec le chef d'équipe du service à la clientèle, un représentant du service à la clientèle est responsable de la gestion des taches suivant;

    RESPONSABILITÉ

    • Recevoir les commandes des clients ou des Représentants des ventes, saisir les commandes, traiter les paiements et transférer les commandes à l'équipe logistique.
    • Pour chaque commande, vérifier les produits, les quantités, les prix, les dates d'expédition et les exigences particulières, y compris les documents d'exportation et les documents techniques, le cas échéant.
    • Coordonner avec les chefs d'équipe, la production et la planification des stocks pour s'assurer que les produits sont livrés à temps.
    • Recevoir des appels entrants et des courriels et fournir aux clients existants ou potentiels des connaissances ou des spécifications sur les produits, passer une commande, les détails de la commande, des informations sur les prix ou la documentation nécessaire.
    • S'assurer de la satisfaction totale du client, le cas échéant, coordonner avec les équipes pour compléter les dossiers qui peuvent inclure des retours, des crédits, des retards ou des réclamations.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle
    • Excellentes compétences en informatique (suite Microsoft Office)
    • Expérience avec SAP et Sales Force serait un atout
    • Bilingue (anglais et français) parlé et écrit, bien que le français ne soit pas requis à l'extérieur de la province de Québec.
