Quality Manager Functions

Perform technical inspection and quality control (QC).
Oversee standardization and maintenance of a standard for inspection processes that meets internal, customer and regulatory requirements
Support allocation of competent QC resources to accommodate changes to production schedules or disruption of planned resourcing.
Develop training as needed to supplement skills and competencies of quality control personnel.
Ensure competencies are developed and managed so that single points of failure are avoided.
Act as liaison between QC and production or Quality Engineering of customers to settle differences and enforce required standards
Sign off of first article inspections (FAI) and certificates of conformance (C of C) for shipments to customers
Develop and update Quality Manual for Versaform Canada Corp
Liaise with customer quality representatives and teams to ensure Versaform is working to the correct revision of all part drawings and outside processing specs.

Qualifications:

Very strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.
The ability to work within a team and perform effective conflict resolution are required.
Degree/Diploma in manufacturing, aerospace, quality or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience are required.
Exceptional problemsolving skills and judgement and ability to work with teams to develop solutions is necessary.

Salary:
$75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
