Responsibilities:

  • Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments and returns
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
  • Train and supervise retail staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and [other language] is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of technology products and ability to provide technical sales support
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional phone etiquette
